What is the Tokenization process?

The credit card tokenization is the process of capturing, encrypting and storing the credit card sensitive data for future use. This approach allows you to avoid sending credit card information to your application server and therefore reducing the scope of your PCI Compliance.

A. How Does Tokenization work?

Tokenize Credit Card sensitive data from a company's internal network by removing sensitive data and replacing it with a randomly generated, unique placeholder called a token.

B. Jupiter takes care of security, with style!

Jupiter script and html-form is rendered at the client side (in your web page) to capture credit card info securly. The look & feel is completely customizable. The form fields can be embedded within the page body or opened in a floating modal.

C. A unique token is generated, and can be optinonally stored!

Once the fields are valid, on the submit event the script will send the credit card info to our secure tokenization server, where data is stored and encrypted. The client side page then retrieves a token. The client side page can use this to execute credit card operations. And optionally store it for future use.
